Sharjah International Children’s Film Festival
Sharjah International Children’s Film Festival is the first children film festival in the country and the region. The festival is dedicated to enhance the media literacy of children and young people, foster children’s creativity and showcase the very best in filmmaking for, by and about children and young people.
The festival will play an essential role in bringing international films and new media content for youth and children in the region. It will expose them to world cultures and promote peace, tolerance and global understanding of how people from different cultures, religions and backgrounds live together in this world.

Sharjah International Children’s Film Festival (SICFF) is a project of FUNN.
FUNN is an organization established by Sharjah government (under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher Al Qasimi, wife of His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah) to promote and support Media Arts for young children and the youth of Sharjah and UAE.
